Avic D3 or Z1/Z2?
I want to buy a good gps system for my Tucson 2007 and I am hesiting between the Avic D3 and the Z1/Z2. I like the fact that the z2 has a HD for storing the maps but I will mostly use my ipod and not the CD. So the DVD maps will mostly stay in the drive. The Z1 is dual zone but I am not planning kids for another 2 years. D3 still have a output for rear monitor but will share sound. Think the Z1 has motorized angle and has a bigger screen. I want to plug bluetooth, xm, ipod and rear camera, both can do those. I don’t really care about voice commandes as I speak french and the system would probably not recognise me anyways!. Unfortunatly, if I take D3, I will need to change my bluetooth module If I upgrade.. The Z2 is almost double the price of the D3 so my budget is definitly more for the D3, but I don’t mind waiting a few month and getting the Z2 if it’s really worth it.
Finally, the question… Knowing these facts and the price difference, witch unit would you purchace. D3 or Z2??
